Hello my crafty friends,

Another week has gone by and summer is coming to an end.

I am excited for summer to be over, so over this heat. 

We don’t get “fall” weather, is HOT all year long, but not like it is in the summer. 

For this week, I decided to make a fun fold, mini-slim line card.

Let me know in the comments if you are a fan of slim line cards; I think they are super cute. 

If you do not like to write to the recipient, mini-slim line is the way to go.

What inspired me to make a mini-slim line card? 

Last week’s live featured the Blossoms Wishes Kit and it has a regular and mini slim line cards. 

Use the kit’s as an inspiration to create other cards, use the same layout or change the direction of it.

I made 1 card and had a show case others kits I own.

CARD 1 (Fun Fold)

(my sample has a bow but did not like it, so I decided not to add it.)

Cardbase: 6 ¼” x 3 ¼” Azure Afternoon

Cardstock: 11”x 2 ½” Lemon Lime

                  Scored at; 5 ½” and 4 ¼”

DSP: 6”x 3” (stripes)

         1”x 2 ¼” (blue)

         4”x 2 ¼” (multi pattern)

Ink: Azure Afternoon

         Blueberry Bushel

Bubble Bath

Lemon Lolly

Lemon Lime Twist

If time permits, I tend to stamp the inside of the card while I am live, if not I usually include a picture.

I am making it a habit to stamp the inside of every card I create because it makes it so much easier to mail off. All I have to do is write my message and send it.
